📋 Description

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure software tools and microservices for a cloud-native environment. • Contribute to the design of software subsystems, promoting code reuse and adhering to established technical standards. • Develop and integrate custom APIs, including those that expose AI/ML model outputs for enterprise applications. • Deploy and manage cloud-native infrastructure, including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of software. • Implement application monitoring, logging, and alerting using Google Cloud's operations suite to ensure system health and performance. • Collaborate with security teams to perform regular security patching, address vulnerabilities, and implement secure coding best practices. • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with the team. • Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for developed software.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen possessing an active TS/SCI security clearance. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). • DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 IAT Level II (or higher) baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+). • 3-5+ years of professional software development experience. • Proven experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Bash). • Experience with containerization (Docker) and a foundational understanding of orchestration with Kubernetes. • Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins). • Knowledge of cloud networking (VPCs, firewall rules) and secure coding principles in a GCP environment. • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer certification.
