📋 Description

• Support database design, migration, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and implementation of database changes • Support system releases and system integrations • Coordinate with the technical team to support database availability, data integrity, and operational database changes • Participate in database modernization focused on automation, innovation, efficiency, and AI-driven solutions across the acquisition lifecycle • Support the Veteran's Administration program, contingent upon contract award

🎯 Requirements

• Active Public Trust security clearance, or US Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust at time of hire • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise relational database platforms supporting mission-critical business applications • Experience designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining enterprise database solutions in cloud-hosted or enterprise environments • Experience supporting database security, access controls, backup, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery • Proficiency in database migration, data validation, and enterprise system integrations for large-scale IT modernization efforts • Proficiency with SQL and database performance tuning • Experience supporting data integrity, availability, and recovery for enterprise applications • Prior Veteran's Administration experience desired • Prior database/system modernization or automation experience desired • Proficiency with Appian or similar enterprise software platform desired
