📋 Description

• Support Military Sealift Command routine maintenance logistics support and planning efforts • Support the depot-level overhaul engineering planning team and Availability Planning Cell • Review ship availability work packages to identify materials, equipment, and services required for Government-Furnished requirements • Prepare and submit procurement packages, including MOR/Commodity Order packages • Monitor procurement actions and resolve issues affecting delivery timelines • Maintain accurate GFM/GFE listings for vessel availability work packages • Track GFM/GFE delivery schedules and ensure materials are delivered before project start dates • Coordinate with ILS and MSC N4 Logistics representatives on delivery timelines and delays • Analyze and maintain GFM reports and communicate procurement progress to PPE and APC teams • Escalate missing or delayed GFM issues and propose alternative procurement options • Collaborate with APC teams to address support needs and update project schedules • Manage procurement-related communications, documentation, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Secret Clearance • High school diploma and 7+ years of experience; Associates degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience • Proven experience in data entry and logistics functions in a related field • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other relevant contractual requirements • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Up to 10% travel required • Familiarity with Military Sealift Command logistics processes • Knowledge of relevant government contracting regulations
