📋 Description

• Support Microsoft Power Platform and day-to-day operations for designing, implementing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions for the Special Operations Communications Systems program • Ensure solutions follow industry best practices to support strategic initiatives and business continuity • Plan implementation and support onboarding of new projects • Maintain existing systems and applications • Evaluate, modernize, and maintain reporting capabilities using Power BI • Develop Power Apps to streamline business processes • Use Power Automate to improve program efficiency and productivity • Gather data, track metrics, and report to contractor and government personnel • Prioritize taskings and requirements to meet deadlines • Maintain and track customer requests and requirements • Collaborate independently and as part of a small group with technical staff, customers, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Secret security clearance required to start • Associate degree in Business or Computer Science and four years of experience, including two years within DoD; OR high school diploma/GED and eight years of experience, including two years within DoD • Experience may be concurrent • Word processing • Spreadsheet development • Documenting issues or management issues • Data collection • Report processing • Sending and receiving emails • Financial analysis • Brief preparation • Ability to read milestone schedules • Expert interpersonal, verbal communication, and written communication skills • Ability to establish positive working relationships with technical staff, customers, and others involved in data-centric management • Knowledge of information technology fields, best practices, organization, and operations • Ability to integrate technical systems with program goals and objectives • Experience with Microsoft and/or cloud computing technologies • Advanced Power BI skills, including complex web intelligence reports and dashboards • Ability to analyze processes and recommend enhancements using Power Automate • Power Apps proficiency • Business analysis skills including data flow diagrams, requirements specifications, use case scenarios, and acceptance testing • Intermediate data modeling and data warehousing skills • M365 productivity applications, including Microsoft Access • Knowledge of Dataverse and SQL is a plus • Familiarity with Power FX, JavaScript, C#, ASP.Net MVC, HTML, CSS, and .NET development is advantageous • Ability to work independently and as part of a small group in a fast-paced environment • Ability to gather data, track metrics, and report to contractor and government personnel • Ability to prioritize tasks and requirements accurately and efficiently
