📋 Description

• General program support functions/duties as assigned. • Work with the Project Manager and Operations Manager to monitor financial performance of the Contract Quality Assurance Representative (CQAR) Subtask. • Assist with managing funding allocations for timecards, travel, and ODCs for CQAR Subtask. • Oversee high-volume tracking and approval of Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports. • Responsible for managing the Master Travel Tracker spreadsheet. • Ensure all travel activities comply with DoD regulations, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), and company policies. • Create financial forecasts, correct expense issues, and identify and communicate funding needs to internal stakeholders. • Assist Project Manager with developing estimates required by our customer and tracking burn rates. • Provide strategic support of CQAR Project operations through analysis, coordination, and continuous improvement. • Interface with Program management to deconflict funding issues. • Apply organizational knowledge of CACI policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of professional experience. • Experience with government contracting, travel, and JTR knowledge. • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Active secret clearance
