📋 Description

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain WBSCM SAP NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA systems. • Monitor system performance, execute load balancing, and optimize application server and database resources to ensure high availability. • Manage Solution Manager ChaRM and the Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure smooth and compliant movement of changes across Dev, QA, and Production environments. • Perform backups, restores, and ongoing database monitoring for SAP HANA and SQL Server environments, using tools such as HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio. • Serve as the technical SME to resolve system errors, dumps, connectivity issues, and SAP GUI/network problems with urgency and precision.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of proven experience in SAP Basis administration, including SAP HANA and SQL Server. • Hands‑on experience with Solution Manager (ChaRM, system monitoring, document management). • Strong working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows Server environments, with familiarity in AWS. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities; comfortable performing in a high‑pressure 24/7 support environment. • SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA. • SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration.
