📋 Description

• Design and develop custom solutions for a government client within the ServiceNow platform • Work with the client to define and gather requirements • Design and architect solutions to customer needs • Develop custom workflows, scripting, Service Catalog solutions, and other ServiceNow customizations • Assist with documentation, testing, and the SDLC process • Create and maintain custom applications within ServiceNow • Work through multiple simultaneous projects • Architect data structures using asset management, configuration management, and ServiceNow best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Secret clearance required to start • 5+ years of experience working within the ServiceNow platform • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or relevant real-world experience • Experience with HTML and JavaScript • Experience with Flow Designer • Experience with Glide, Business Rules, and Service Portal • Desired: experience with ITSM, HAM, and SAM ServiceNow modules • Desired: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification • Desired: experience with Change Management
