📋 Description

• Manage MIPS clients that have purchased consulting services on a recurring basis • Host remote consultations with Nextech clients and prospects on MIPS best practices • Serve as the internal industry expert for MIPS as it relates to served specialties • Provide ongoing feedback to Product Management as the voice of the customer for product enhancements and corrections • Collaborate with the Consulting team to develop and maintain MIPS best practices • Identify, triage, and report bugs and assist with workarounds • Maintain a high level of customer retention for recurring consulting services • Maintain 75% billable utilization • Participate in product education, product guild, team, and best-practice meetings as needed • Maintain Outlook work calendar with client and business meetings • Submit timecards, weekly overviews, and department initiative and KPI updates • Maintain and update projects in Salesforce • Create opportunities and client-related events in Salesforce • Participate in the national user conference • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned • Provide virtual consultations, training, and services to internal teams and external clients on Nextech software products • Investigate issues, solve problems creatively, and train clients and internal staff • Ensure activities comply with EEO laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, MIPS • Assertive with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict management skills • Knowledge of or applicable experience in one of Nextech’s main medical specialties • Knowledge of the workflow of a medical clinic • Understanding of HIPAA and PHI • Approximately 15% travel
