📋 Description

• Work intensively with health center teams on assigned projects to refine Revenue Cycle and implement best-practice concepts • Design, develop, and implement member assessments and consultations around Revenue Cycle performance and technical-assistance needs • Identify improvement opportunities and possible solutions • Coordinate member consultations, including meeting logistics, member communications, meeting content, and follow-up • Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate member learning sessions and trainings • Collaborate with project partners on curriculum design, agenda setting, and trainer identification • Support process improvements, system enhancements, and measurable outcomes aligned with OCHIN’s organizational goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Revenue Cycle and billing experience in a similar or relevant role • Experience with EHR software; Epic experience is preferred • PB/HB Resolute module experience or experience with PB/HB Claims, Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, and EpicCare modules is a plus • Experience in or with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health center is required • Strong understanding of revenue cycle and financial principles • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work remotely in a virtual home-office environment • Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices • Ability to travel as required by OCHIN's business requirements
