📋 Description

• Execute Review Intelligence client projects • Scope and implement projects leveraging predictive AI, GenAI, and/or structured analytics • Ensure client requirements remain current throughout the engagement and realign development approaches as needed • Track data meticulously and design and implement statistical validation and metrics reporting • Coordinate with support and technical teams across the organization • Document lessons learned for internal discussion and process and technology improvements • Track and escalate project risks as necessary • Provide end-of-project metrics for ROI analyses and quarterly business reviews • Develop or mature playbooks for core workflows of established offerings • Implement and update Review Intelligence training curriculum for new team members and secondees • Provide requirements analysis and user-validation input to product development teams • Collaborate with marketing, client success, and sales on client-facing overviews of Review Intelligence solutions • Work in a virtual office environment, with approximately 5% travel

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree preferred in a relevant discipline (law, technology, statistics) • Minimum 5 years of litigation or eDiscovery industry experience required • Minimum 3 years of advanced analytics in eDiscovery required • Prior in-house corporate legal, law firm legal staff, or eDiscovery vendor experience required • Excellent knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including Relativity Analytics, Relativity aiR, Reveal (Brainspace), or comparable analytics platforms • Excellent knowledge of litigation support and legal discovery processes and concepts • Proven success and desire to consult with clients/internal departments, project expertise, and solve day-to-day and strategic challenges • Experience leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from other departments preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and internal staff • Customer service demeanor: consultative, approachable, respectful, and polite • Ability to multitask under pressure • Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material • Ability to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends • Ability to travel via automobile or airplane
