📋 Description

• Guide Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers through successful Gong platform deployment and initial adoption • Serve as the primary functional expert to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes • Manage multiple projects concurrently • Conduct discovery and business process mapping • Configure the Gong platform according to approved solution designs and customer requirements • Design and document solutions, including persona-based workflows, configuration blueprints, and deployment documentation • Support organizational change management activities to drive user adoption and sustained value realization • Own quality assurance, including test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing coordination, and post-go-live hypercare • Collaborate with customer technical teams to validate data, confirm integrations, and complete security checklists • Maintain functional knowledge of the Gong product suite and third-party integrations • Refine Professional Services delivery assets, templates, and best-practice guides • Partner with Sales and Customer Success across sales, implementation, and post-sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience in a customer-facing Professional Services role, preferably focused on SaaS implementations • Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps • Strong working knowledge of revenue operations and business processes, including pipeline management, sales cycles, and team structure • Proficiency designing and implementing solutions within a major CRM platform, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics • Solid technical aptitude and comfort with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and customer technical teams • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to work in San Francisco or remotely within the United States is indicated by the location listing
