📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership • Understand customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business objectives • Mentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting techniques • Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications • Assist customers with operationalizing all Falcon modules • Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises • Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies • Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs • Plan customer projects and provide status updates • Work collaboratively with customer information technology teams • Leverage CrowdStrike applications to support customers in vulnerability and asset management • Assist customers with integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools • Guide customer leads with incident management functions • Collaborate with the Professional Services team to develop customer-facing collateral

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience • 2+ years of experience with relevant security applications, including endpoint, identity, cloud, or SIEM • Basic understanding of software deployment technologies • Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Experience in computer and network systems security • Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences • Strong presentation and training delivery capabilities • Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to driving customer success • Ability to work independently in a remote/embedded environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities • Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects • High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time • Currently have or can obtain necessary security clearances, per customer requirement • This role may require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug test(s) during the course of employment
