📋 Description

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support for customer issues • Diagnose and resolve system, network, and application issues • Install, configure, integrate, and test patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions • Troubleshoot technical challenges using approved tools, test equipment, and diagnostic methodologies • Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions • Document system configurations, troubleshooting activities, and support procedures • Follow configuration management and version control practices • Collaborate with senior engineers, clinical partners, sales, and service teams • Build technical expertise and contribute to knowledge-sharing and service-improvement initiatives • Support healthcare customers across Missouri, Iowa, and Montana

🎯 Requirements

• 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments • Experience in a field or hospital-based healthcare environment preferred • Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred • Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting • Computer networking certification preferred, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent/higher-level certification • Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and listed experience • Ability to travel for business; approximately 75% travel across Missouri, Iowa, and Montana • Ability to work in office/home office and/or remote settings and hospital/healthcare environments • Ability to adhere to vendor credentialing requirements • Ability to work flexible hours, including non-standard hours, overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must reside in or within commuting distance to St. Louis, Missouri
