📋 Description

• Act as the single point of coordination for relocation services to transferees based on the client’s relocation policy • Contact relocating employees to review authorized services • Perform needs assessments and coordinate authorized services • Manage exceptions and communicate with corporate clients regarding transferee issues, resolutions, policy administration and improvement ideas • Prepare quarterly, year-to-date, daily or weekly corporate client reports as needed • Follow up with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery • Coordinate origin home sale closings, temporary housing needs and home purchase closings • Manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining communication with transferring employees • Complete audits for IRS guideline compliance • Manage Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Buyout Option (GBO) home sale programs • Assist employees with home marketing, evaluate offers and manage BVO transactions • Arrange home appraisals, present guaranteed buyout offers and oversee GBO marketing periods • Execute company buyouts when necessary • Manage property inventory and minimize carrying costs • Manage vendor relationships with real estate agents, appraisers and other suppliers • Ensure data integrity for each assignment in the Bristol system • Assist other mobility advisors through team meetings, training, client presentations and general support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of two years of Relocation and/or Real Estate experience required • Previous experience with home sale, reviewing BMA's, marketing, inspections, appraisals and equity funding strongly preferred • Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel • Proven track record of providing superior customer service in all aspects of a customer’s relocation experience
