📋 Description

• Drive business results through effective client service, management and retention • Manage day-to-day client activities • Prepare for and facilitate client meetings • Independently manage and execute projects • Manage complex projects, teams and client deliverables • Support and/or lead the development of multi-year strategic plans incorporating client-specific business needs and objectives • Understand, update, and create financial models • Act as a trainer and mentor for consultants • Develop relationships across internal, client and vendor organizations • Provide employee benefits consulting services and lead daily account service for assigned clients • Serve as a key point of contact for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 7 years of employee benefits consulting experience • Strong client facing and communication skills • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills • Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire
