📋 Description

• Lead Sage Intacct implementations for multi-unit restaurant and hospitality clients from discovery through go-live and post-launch stabilization • Advise CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders by translating business goals into financial system design • Own client communication throughout delivery, including scope management, expectation setting, and proactive escalation • Consult with clients after implementation to optimize systems for long-term success • Configure solutions across GL, multi-entity/intercompany consolidations, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and platform services • Build financial reports, custom dashboards, and unit-level performance views using Sage Intacct native reporting tools • Serve as subject matter expert on advanced modules and marketplace solutions relevant to restaurant and hospitality clients • Support scoping and statement-of-work development for existing engagements • Lead project teams, oversee quality, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget • Mentor and coach junior consultants • Contribute to internal methodology, tooling, and knowledge-sharing • Periodically re-engage existing clients for optimization check-ins, system enhancements, and workflow/process consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 5+ years of Sage Intacct implementation experience with demonstrated ownership of full-cycle projects • Expertise in Sage Intacct system functionality, design concepts, and best practices • Experience designing Chart of Accounts, dimension structures, and reporting frameworks • In-depth understanding of accounting standards, general ledger/subledger concepts, financial close procedures, and accounting workflow optimization • Executive presence and communication skills suitable for peer-level CFO conversations • Proven ability to lead project teams as a player/coach • Ability to manage project timelines, work quality, scope, and client outcomes • Ability to lead project scope conversations and professionally frame changes • Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring • Self-directed, results-oriented, and able to manage time independently • Positive, customer-service-oriented, whatever-it-takes attitude • Strong technology skills and experience with modern business SaaS applications and communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Box • Comfortable communicating and meeting with clients and team members virtually, including frequent video meetings • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
