📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of product marketing initiatives across healthcare software solutions • Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and features • Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging • Collaborate with sales leadership to create tools, presentations, and training materials • Leverage data to identify key customer segments and their unique needs • Represent the company at industry conferences and through publications to build brand credibility • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team • Establish KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and executing product launches • Strong understanding of healthcare software and/or healthcare systems, patient engagement solutions, and the regulatory environment in healthcare technology • Direct go-to-market experience for Electronic Health Record (EHR) and/or Practice Management (PM) solutions
