📋 Description

• Provide excellent client support via telephone and e-mail • Effectively address system alerts generated by NexusTek's monitoring systems • Maintain advanced administrative competencies of all NOC tools and products • Monitor Security alerts and follow documented processes • Perform root cause analysis to completion • Maintain comprehensive notes in ConnectWise • Identify alerts that can be tuned to be more valuable • Own and manage escalated support cases • Perform automation and scripting • Troubleshooting various technologies, including Backup and disaster recovery and AV solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive and independent technology enthusiast • Performs a variety of tier I technical support responsibilities • Working knowledge of information technology and desktop support • Excellent client support via telephone and e-mail • Address system alerts generated by monitoring systems • Maintain advanced administrative competencies of all NOC tools and products • Monitor Security alerts and follow documented processes • Perform root cause analysis to completion • Identify and propose new ideas for improving department effectiveness • Own and manage escalated support cases • Perform automation and scripting • Troubleshooting skills in various technologies like Backup, AV, DNS, Windows Server, Office 365
