📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze network performance, security alerts, server health, and application behavior • Safeguard security using IT Glue, Huntress, SentinelOne, Avanan, and Axcient • Harden Microsoft security environments by upgrading password policies, implementing MFA, deploying anti-phishing solutions, and enabling safe links and safe attachments • Support projects that increase Microsoft Secure Score and improve the Microsoft security posture • Interpret Secure Score metrics and translate them into actionable improvements • Serve as the primary escalation point for junior NOC engineers • Provide guidance, mentorship, and incident response leadership • Document incidents, resolutions, and lessons learned in incident reports • Update standard operating procedures for NOC activities • Execute and oversee network maintenance, including updates, patching, configuration, and hardware replacement • Develop and implement automation for routine monitoring and troubleshooting tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in IT administration and toolset management • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD security architecture • Proven experience with Secure Score optimization across multiple tenants • Strong grasp of identity and access management (IAM), including MFA, conditional access, and SSPR • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
