📋 Description

• Conduct veteran enrollment consultations via Zoom and phone • Explain programs, benefits eligibility, and career outcomes • Help veterans navigate military education benefits through university partnerships • Track prospects in CRM and follow up consistently • Nurture leads who need time to decide • Meet weekly and monthly conversion KPIs • Handle objections with veteran-specific empathy • Coordinate with Student Success on withdrawals and questions • Complete training on programs, systems, and military education benefits • Connect with university partnership contacts and understand enrollment flow • Build organized CRM follow-up systems with veteran-specific notes

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. military veteran strongly preferred • Sales, recruiting, admissions, or translatable customer-facing experience • Understanding of military education benefits or ability to learn the veteran education benefit landscape quickly • Genuine desire to help fellow veterans succeed • Organized and self-directed pipeline management • Ability to handle objections with patience • Actively seeks coaching and feedback • Experience working with veteran populations or military transition programs is a bonus • Familiarity with veteran education benefits is a bonus • Background in EdTech, career services, or training enrollment is a bonus
