📋 Description

• Get deployed by the COO / VP against the TMO's highest-priority initiative at any given time • Structure ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and workplans • Operate as an individual contributor who can independently run a workstream • Drive accountability across functions and seniority levels without direct management authority • Move fluidly across problem types within a single year • Write and communicate at an executive level

🎯 Requirements

• MBB (or equivalent top-tier) consulting background — non-negotiable • Current-level Project Leader or Principal tenure (or the equivalent at another top-tier firm) • Pure generalist range across strategy, operations, AI, and analytics work • Track record of driving outcomes, not just running well-structured programs • Comfortable in front of senior stakeholders fast • Able to drive accountability across people they don't manage
