📋 Description

• Assist in developing and implementing innovative programs to onboard, train, mentor, develop, engage, and retain the colleges collaborators • Provide consultation and support services in curriculum delivery, strategies, assessment, and technology • Facilitate faculty development and enhancement of teaching skills and knowledge • Design and implement programs to ensure institutional compliance with policies and best practices • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Identify training needs and coordinate with subject matter experts • Analyze problems/issues of diverse scope and determine solutions • Provide support for existing online faculty and professional development offerings • Maintain records to track and monitor faculty progress and participation

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Advanced development and facilitation of a variety of instructional experiences • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and cooperatively as a member of a team • Experience working with faculty members in career development activities • Experience with faculty development in a higher education setting • Building courses in a learning management system (LMS) • Masters degree or above in related field.
