đź“‹ Description
• Respond to and resolve learner technical needs as the first point of contact • Support timely resolution of Tier 1 technical issues • Answer phone calls, emails, and chats professionally and with care • Follow up on and resolve or escalate learner technical issues • Maintain basic knowledge of all College services and perform soft transfers as needed • Identify patterns of concerns and escalate them to the appropriate party • Assist with resolving concerns raised in learner satisfaction surveys • Work with learners according to policies outlined in the College Catalog • Participate in successful implementation of other functional projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• A high school diploma is required • Some college from an accredited institution is preferred • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office is required • Prior experience with help-desk ticketing is preferred • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
