• Support and prepare assigned learners to achieve NCLEX success through meaningful interactions, consistent communication, and customized learning plans • Monitor learner progress and maintain open communication throughout the coaching process, including grading and attendance tracking for assigned activities • Develop, outline, and facilitate scheduled study sessions and 1:1 coaching appointments • Complete initial and final evaluations for assigned learners and graduates, and make recommendations for transcript clearance • Attend NCLEX faculty meetings, participate in committees, and contribute to shared decision-making and faculty activities as required • Participate in the implementation of functional projects as they arise • Maintain certification records as required by accreditation, facility, or state board of nursing standards
• MSN required • Availability and commitment to serve across all three academic semesters each calendar year • Doctorate preferred • Experience facilitating concept-based nursing education • Proficiency in at least one learning management system (LMS) — Canvas preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other technology platforms used in online nursing education delivery
