• Manage the full inbox for assigned functions and respond within established service levels • Categorize, prioritize, and resolve learner inquiries, escalating when necessary • Draft, edit, and send professional communications to learners, faculty, and stakeholders • Use CRM, SIS, and communication tools consistently for tracking and documentation • Identify recurring inquiry patterns and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with peers and departments to resolve complex or multi-step issues • Support overflow and shared inbox operations • Assist with pre- and post-semester learner communication projects
• Associate degree required (bachelor's preferred), or equivalent experience • 1–2 years of experience in learner support, customer service, or operations • Strong written communication skills • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems preferred • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required • All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation in Salt Lake City, Utah
