• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and monitoring activities using established frameworks, procedures, and guidance. • Assist with compliance investigations by gathering facts, collecting and organizing evidence, conducting interviews, documenting findings, and developing case timelines. • Perform reviews of records, processes, and documentation to identify potential compliance concerns, control gaps, or opportunities for improvement. • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records related to investigations, audits, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and corrective action activities. • Track corrective actions, remediation plans, and follow-up activities to support timely resolution of identified issues. • Support institutional audit readiness efforts by gathering documentation, organizing evidence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining audit materials. • Research regulations, accreditation requirements, institutional policies, and industry best practices to support compliance activities and decision-making. • Analyze information from investigations, audits, assessments, complaints, and other compliance activities to identify patterns, trends, and recurring concerns. • Prepare summaries, reports, dashboards, tracking documents, and other materials for review by Compliance leadership. • Collaborate with departments across the College to gather information, clarify requirements, support compliance initiatives, and promote consistent application of established processes. • Assist with administration and maintenance of compliance systems, workflow tools, risk tracking mechanisms, and reporting processes. • Support development and delivery of compliance communications, training materials, and educational resources. • Maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. • In the absence of a degree, three (3) or more years of relevant professional experience may be substituted. • Relevant experience may include compliance, investigations, auditing, higher education administration, operations, quality assurance, project coordination, regulatory support, case management, or similar analytical and process-oriented work. • Demonstrated ability to organize information, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and follow established processes with accuracy and consistency. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment. • Ability to learn new concepts, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a growing and evolving environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other workplace technology tools. • Prior experience in higher education, compliance, investigations, auditing, or regulatory environments is preferred but not required.
• All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
