• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned region • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow aftermarket sales • Manage regional sales activities including prospecting, customer visits, and sales pipeline management • Conduct regular customer site visits to assess service needs and opportunities for growth • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused proposals
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Sales, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or related customer-facing technical role • Experience selling or supporting aftermarket services, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and technical solutions • Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and building long-term relationships • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking
