📋 Description

• The AI Enablement & Adoption Manager helps clients understand, adopt, and realize value from AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field • Experience working in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading sessions with executives, business stakeholders, and end users • Ability to influence and engage skeptical audiences while building excitement around new technologies and ways of working • Experience developing and delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs for enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI initiatives • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for business users • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and a strong understanding of how AI is changing business processes and ways of working. • Comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities • Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or related certifications are a plus.
