📋 Description

• Provides leadership and operational support for security services • Supervises daily security operations and personnel • Ensures compliance with security policies and procedures • Develops an understanding of client operational needs • Maintains communication with clients regarding security concerns • Reviews and resolves incident reports • Coordinates with law enforcement and emergency responders • Conducts security investigations as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record • Ability to obtain an Alaska Guard License • Ability to obtain a State of Alaska Armed Guard License • Experience handling handguns and meeting qualification requirements • Working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract-specific software
