📋 Description

• Own and deliver against full territory revenue quota. • Develop and execute comprehensive territory growth strategy. • Drive utilization growth, expansion initiatives, and new account penetration. • Lead all clinical adoption efforts to accelerate pathway-to-proficiency and ensure sustained revenue growth. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to support service line strategy and long-term expansion. • Conduct structured quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders. • Maintain disciplined and accurate territory forecasting. • Identify competitive threats and proactively protect and expand market share. • Independently prospect and convert expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred. • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting. • Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously. • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities. • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record. • Willingness to travel 50–75%
