📋 Description

• Work alongside developers, SQL specialists, project managers, and UX/UI designers on web solutions • Contribute to development projects • Provide customer support as needed • Solve problems through research and troubleshooting • Assist with testing and QA • Collaborate with engineers to enhance internal tools • Support projects from concept through launch • Take on additional responsibilities to support business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Computer Science or MIS/CMIS student • Self-motivated and eager to learn • Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines • Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and databases • Design sensibility and UX/UI knowledge • Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines • Familiarity with performance optimization tools such as Lighthouse and WebPageTest • API integration proficiency • SEO fundamentals • Basic backend development knowledge • Strong documentation and technical communication skills • Awareness of DevOps or CI/CD methodologies
