📋 Description

• Lead or help develop project scope in consultation with applicable stakeholders • Establish and apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods • Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk and issue management plans and strategies • Communicate and report project status • Direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of technical projects • Respond to client requests for immediate issues while driving projects to completion • Virtually manage 1–2 Implementation Manager team members as an escalation point and assist with issue resolution • Analyze client challenges, determine underlying problems, and recommend solutions • Oversee projects with responsibility for client satisfaction, delivery quality, and engagement profitability • Review project deliverables for completeness and appropriateness • Regularly review risks and mitigation plans • Advocate for Artemis by communicating Nomi Health’s mission, products, and value to internal and external audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects using data and information to make business decisions • Experience with healthcare data • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment • Ability to lead and mentor other team members • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
