📋 Description

• Plan, execute, deliver, implement, and close Healthcare IT and Imaging projects according to deadlines, resources, and budget • Schedule resources and coordinate team members, third-party vendors, customer resources, IT personnel, and modality vendors • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle • Create and execute project work plans based on project Statements of Work • Revise work plans to meet changing needs and requirements • Identify and schedule internal and external resources • Manage project team activities and assigned tasks against schedule, cost, performance, resource, and quality objectives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and communicate project expectations clearly and promptly • Identify and resolve project issues proactively • Manage project dependencies and critical path • Complete, sign, and post required Agfa Healthcare quality documents • Meet on-time commitments for Service Acceptance and Final Acceptance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or related field • 5+ years IT project management or healthcare IT project management experience • CAPM may be considered along with overall project management experience • Presentation preparation and delivery skills for audiences from C-suite to end users • Knowledge of current IT and Healthcare technologies • Experience or working knowledge of Radiology PACS and Radiology workflow • Ability to work independently with little guidance and supervision • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Project Management and other Microsoft Office products • Proficiency with tools and technology required to manage virtual project teams • Must work from a home office • Travel required to meet with clients and other stakeholders • Occasional evening and weekend activities may be required
