📋 Description

• Represent Commonwealth in all interactions with the assigned client throughout the project agreement period • Serve as liaison communicating project/client status with Commonwealth's Executive Sponsor • Manage the internal project team • Oversee proposal preparation • Define scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects • Maintain understanding of project financials, including MSA, scope changes, and billing process • Monitor project performance against client requirements and communicate changes to clients • Review and approve invoices related to assigned clients or projects • Participate in marketing-related presentations to assigned clients • Build relationships with key client staff and understand the overall client organization • Understand and continuously monitor the MSA, project fee arrangements, scope, and budget • Initiate project kick-off meetings and schedule intermittent meetings as required • Establish project goals aligned with client requirements • Determine staffing requirements based on workload • Work with department supervisors/managers to select project team members • Implement Commonwealth's project management principles • Conduct lessons-learned meetings based on findings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role • Strong experience in utility and consultant industry • At least 5 years of experience using project planning tools • Bachelor's degree or better in Construction Management Services or Engineering
