📋 Description

• Establish key relationships, build and maintain a project pipeline, and deliver customer targets • Partner with pre-sales to educate customers on Akamai services and solutions and recommend appropriate offerings • Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on customer needs and business requirements • Serve as the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams • Own program management and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value • Program manage engagements from pre-sales through service delivery • Evolve customers' cloud strategies from concept to implementation • Deliver business outcomes through innovation, relationships, and business understanding

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship, due to the nature of the client base • Must be able to obtain and retain a government clearance • Deep understanding of consulting processes • Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully • Understanding of network technologies, web performance, web security, methodologies, or architectures • Ability to build trusting relationships and ensure customer success • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team • Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
