📋 Description

• Evaluate the security of Akamai's distributed network and products • Assess cloud, network, infrastructure, and application designs against security and compliance requirements • Translate requirements into technical specifications, security blueprints, and engineering guardrails • Support compliance programs, control assessments, and audits using Akamai's common control framework • Work with engineering and InfoSec to investigate security risks and define remediation • Improve adoption and monitoring of security controls through AI and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience • Extensive experience assessing security in cloud systems, Internet technologies, infrastructure, applications, and data governance • Expertise in PCI DSS requirements, control assessment, and audit support • Proven experience designing security architectures and control frameworks for distributed systems
