📋 Description

• Own strategic, premium accounts and develop partnerships with customer stakeholders • Use knowledge of cloud compute, security and delivery products and business processes to meet customer needs • Build data-driven Service Improvement Plans focused on process improvement and operational efficiency • Identify and escalate risks, drive problem prevention and manage customer escalations • Coordinate with Support Services, Professional Services, Engineering and Product teams • Manage performance metrics and trends to mitigate risks before major customer milestones • Influence adoption of best practices • Influence product roadmaps and improvements by advocating business benefits • Serve as a subject matter expert and customer advocate for Akamai solutions • Deliver, support and technically manage Akamai solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent • Experience working in account management or customer success in a technical environment such as cloud infrastructure, application hosting, networking, security or modern compute • Experience analyzing data to inform continuous process improvements • Basic understanding of networking, cloud compute, WAF, cloud security, DNS, HTTP and TCP/IP • Proven success building trusted relationships with executive leadership and technical stakeholders • Familiarity with security technology, processes and concepts, security event management or security compliance • Good written, verbal and presentation skills • Ability to communicate complex technical content to varied audiences
