📋 Description

• Leading program plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource management, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies. • Acting as the voice of the program to senior leadership, leveraging standardized methods to highlight dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Building relationships across SRE, Product and Engineering organizations to keep projects on track. • Driving cultural change by championing agile mindsets and ensuring the organization adheres to industry best practices. • Serving as the primary point of contact for escalation with stakeholders and assist in the removal of blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering disciplines and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent. • Have experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and metric definition best practices. • Possess experience with Jira and Confluence. • Have proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies. • Have proven ability to navigate ambiguous or complex corporate environments.
