📋 Description

• Independently establish and manage cross-functional programs through their full lifecycle, from definition to completion • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders • Ensure transparency in roadmaps and delivery • Manage complex technical programs requiring collaboration across multiple groups • Lead program plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource management, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies • Represent the program to senior leadership, highlighting dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies • Build relationships across SRE, Product, and Engineering organizations to keep projects on track • Champion agile mindsets and industry best practices • Serve as the primary escalation point with stakeholders and assist in removing blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering disciplines • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and metric definition best practices • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous or complex corporate environments
