• Shape the strategy and sustainability of Total Rewards at Trevor Project • Define and lead compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition strategies • Mentor a team while collaborating with executives and partners • Ensure compliance with multi-state labor regulations and oversee payroll operations
• 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience • Experience building or transforming Total Rewards programs • Deep technical expertise across benefits administration and multi-state payroll compliance • Experience leading leaves and accommodations across multiple states • Strong analytical capability and project management skills • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
