• 4+ years of demonstrated history of sales in tankless water heating and experience working within industry-commercial/distribution sales. • Must reside in Texas/near major travel hub and willing to travel region by car and plane up to 60% • Must have a valid driver's license • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Self-managing, motivated, and driven to achieve targets and goals • Dynamic and outgoing engagement style and exceptional follow-through • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the general public • Confident presence/delivery during business engagements and presentations • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
