📋 Description

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. • Turn complex data into actionable and compelling insights for merchants to grow their business. • Create clear success metrics to accurately measure adoption and performance of new features. • Define, document, and review requirements with stakeholders and engineering. • Facilitate beta testing to recommend improvements to product prior to launch. • Communicate development status and go-to-market strategy. • Develop and write training content to ensure alignment of product knowledge internally and externally (sales). • Champion the merchant and their customers to offer a stable, secure, and seamless payments experience. • Collect and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization. • Research and understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a quantitative or technical field • 2+ years product management experience • Experience in payments or fintech products is strongly preferred • Proven track record of building products from inception to execution • Working knowledge of the agile development process • Strong verbal and written communication skills to identify user challenges and needs • Ability to positively influence others and maintain effective business relationships • Self-motivated with the ability to work through uncertainty.
