📋 Description

• Provide ongoing administration of all aspects of domestic relocation programs • Support RFP initiatives and the development of enterprise policies, procedures, and processes • Deliver high-level customer service reflecting corporate culture and supporting program strategies • Initiate relocation services in a timely manner • Manage policy exceptions in compliance with FAR/IRS guidelines • Partner with Staffing, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, Information Systems, household goods carriers, and other external service providers • Ensure compliance with program specifications, relocation policies, procedures, and FAR/IRS regulations • Assist the management team with benchmark studies, industry trend analyses, and special projects • Provide full relocation counseling and information in accordance with company policies and procedures • Develop and deliver in-house training sessions for business partners • Support top performance standards related to the domestic relocation function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant relocation experience OR Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant relocation experience • Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant relocation experience OR High School Diploma and a minimum of 9 years of relevant relocation experience may be considered in lieu of education • Required experience in corporate relocation, domestic relocation, or service industry relocation • Knowledge of homesale programs, including Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Buyout Option (GBO) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills • Ability to effectively communicate decisions to employees and service providers • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • U.S. citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions • Preferred: Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and/or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations • Preferred: Knowledge of international relocations • Preferred: Background in real estate • Preferred: Experience with process mapping tools
