📋 Description

• Report to the department business manager within the Strategic Intelligence and Data Exploitation Operating unit • Interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis • Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work • Perform financial analyses including funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis • Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systems • Perform Earned Value Metric tasks including Work Breakdown Structure development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis and assessment, visibility reports, and estimates-to-complete analysis • Prepare reports and analyses to ensure contracts remain within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines • Maintain accurate expenditure records • Direct preparation of expenditure projections • Submit timely requests for additional government funding • Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management • Support Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan activities • Prepare financial input for internal reports and presentations, including IPRS, dashboards, and BARs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related professional experience OR a Master's degree with 6 years of related professional experience • Will consider 12 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement • Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis • Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs and control accounts • Strong PC skills, specifically Excel proficiency including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting • Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time • US Citizenship is required • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or related field preferred • Experience with COBRA, COGNOS, SAP preferred • Current, active US Government Secret security clearance preferred
