📋 Description

• Source and procure specialized goods and services for NGDS Weapon Systems • Own contractual management for suppliers and drive the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle • Develop Long-Term Pricing Agreements and other contractual documents • Draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions for complex, high-value contracts • Prepare bid packages, lead bidder conferences, conduct cost/price analysis, and select or recommend subcontractors • Coordinate with contracts, legal, engineering, quality, planning, operations, finance, program management, and end-users • Monitor supplier performance, including KPIs, quality, and schedule • Lead Supply Chain Management Teams • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, NATO contracts, public-law requirements, and company policies • Maintain audit-ready documentation • Identify cost-saving and risk-mitigation strategies through negotiations • Build and sustain relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders • Contribute to program risk and opportunity management and employ Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement • Conduct market research, cost/price analysis, and KPI tracking; implement corrective actions • Coordinate import/export operations with trade-compliance and logistics teams • Execute and manage high-value contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 10 years, or PhD and 8 years, or high school diploma/equivalent and 16 years • At least 8 years of related experience under the lowest education alternative • Related experience in subcontracts, purchasing, contracts, project/business management, or finance • Experience executing large compliant procurements • Experience negotiating terms and conditions • Experience with supplier performance management • Experience with cost/price analysis and market research • Working-level knowledge of FAR/DFARS or equivalent business law • CostPoint or SAP ERP proficiency • MS Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret clearance or higher • US citizenship required • Preferred: Master’s degree in Government Acquisitions, Contract Management, Project Management, Business Management, Finance, or related field • Ability to negotiate large contracts • Strong presentation skills to senior leadership • Expertise with U.S. Government and commercial subcontracts, multiple contract types, and special payment provisions • Knowledge of Price Cost Analysis • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
