📋 Description

• Create industry best practice Supply Chain initiatives at the Corporate level to drive process improvements and standardization of Supply Chain business processes across all Integer sites • Lead and develop Oracle MRP best practices for key Supply Chain functions • Lead complex problem-solving activities using sophisticated statistical tools • Impact key KPIs and objectives with cross-functional implications • Influence cross-functional concepts to build consensus and adopt changes • Serve as the lead point of contact for all sites for systems and standard Supply Chain processes • Act as SME for system processes and assist sites with ad-hoc problem solving • Lead and drive the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process with all Integer sites • Lead cross-functional inventory management improvement initiatives • Support and drive Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and implementation for all sites • Lead Supply Chain Excellence improvement activities focused on best-practice business processes • Provide on-site training as needed • Perform other duties as required • Adhere to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security, quality, regulatory, and company requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar technical discipline • MBA preferred • APICS certification or certificate coursework in Lean Manufacturing Systems (or related) desirable • Minimum 7 years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments • Knowledge of Oracle R12, Lean manufacturing and Materials systems, data mining and modeling • Programming languages, PL/SQL, Visual Basic, and XML desirable • Strong written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead team activities • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong computer and presentation skills • Must perform all work entirely outside of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, and Washington for remote-eligible postings
