📋 Description

• Join the Virtual Primary Care Float team supporting Primary Care clinics in Oregon and Southwest Washington • Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care through telephonic and video visits • Manage a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older • Provide virtual care for regional Kaiser Permanente members • Support primary care clinics across the region • Work within an integrated team of physicians and clinical and administrative staff • Collaborate with specialists through Northwest Permanente’s integrated healthcare model

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • Minimum three years of experience providing direct patient primary care after residency training • Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, or Texas • Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area • Availability to start within 3 months of offer • Experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice • Ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care • Ability to manage a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older
