📋 Description

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients and financial representatives via phone, email, and potentially other digital channels • Answer questions, provide servicing options, and assist clients with insurance, investment, and other financial products or services • Resolve basic and intermediate inquiries and process transactions • Handle routine issues using defined processes and apply critical thinking to non-standard situations • Navigate proprietary and standard software applications accurately • Perform data entry and case management while protecting confidential client information • Build professional and empathetic relationships with clients and Financial Advisors • Enhance client experience and brand loyalty through proactive communication and follow-ups • Contribute ideas for process enhancements and continuous improvement • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer-focused mindset • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings • Proficiency in modern software packages and navigating multiple complex systems • Proactive problem-solving approach • Commitment to continuous learning and accuracy • Understanding of insurance, investment, or related financial products • Ability to handle confidential client information according to industry regulations and company policy • Fingerprinting and completion of required form • Spanish-speaking ability welcomed, but not explicitly required
