📋 Description

• Support the full permit application cycle for approximately 8 individual summer camp locations • Prepare and submit required NYC DOH forms and documentation • Track submission statuses, inspection schedules, and communication with DOH representatives • Maintain accurate digital records of permit-related documents and correspondence • Communicate updates and requests to Site Directors, Operations, and Leadership • Organize compliance materials for DOH inspections, including medical logs, staff forms, and site documentation • Provide administrative and logistical support during permit review and inspection periods • During the optional summer extension, collaborate with Site Directors and camp staff to ensure continued compliance • Assist with DOH requirements, inspections, summons results, and attendance communications with NYC DOH and OATH

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail • Experience managing deadlines and document-heavy processes • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Proficiency with communication tools such as Slack or Monday.com • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Interest in education, operations, or summer camp management is a plus • Approximately 15–30 hours per week, flexible within standard business hours and dependent on seasonal needs
