📋 Description

• Support daily living routines, including meals, hygiene, and organization • Assist with community access, including shopping, errands, and outings • Provide emotional regulation support using calm, structured approaches • Maintain clear boundaries and consistent expectations • Assist with household upkeep and organization • Encourage independence and personal responsibility • Communicate updates with care teams and complete required documentation • Help maintain a safe, predictable, and respectful environment • Provide one-on-one in-home and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Current auto insurance meeting state requirements • Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying) • Comfortable supporting personal care needs • Preferred: Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral support, or IDD roles • Preferred: Experience supporting individuals with I/DD • Preferred: Strong communication and boundary-setting skills • Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification
