📋 Description

• Service retail locations as a Facilities Maintenance Technician • Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls dispatched by the Nouria Maintenance Manager • Perform general repair and maintenance safely and efficiently • Conduct minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs • Maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting • Coordinate with the Nouria Maintenance Manager on call prioritization and maintenance supply ordering • Maintain a high level of professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Trade Certification is a plus • 3+ years in construction trades or facility management experience • Strong time management skills with ability to multitask • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications • Valid driver’s license with good driving record required • Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours
